Walk-in showers for greater accessibility
Our floor-even showers eliminate the need for different levels in your bathroom. The open design not only creates a spacious feel, but also ensures seamless integration into your overall bathroom aesthetic. With clean lines and simple forms, your bathroom exudes style and modernity.
Our shower surfaces are synonymous with quality and durability. Crafted from high-quality solid surface material or ceramic, they not only look aesthetically pleasing, but are also resistant to moisture and daily use. The smooth, non-porous surface is easy to clean and retains its flawless appearance for years. As for the shower trays, their non-slip surface offers excellent stability.

Drain assembly and design covers
The Geberit shower drain is suitable for shower trays with a valve hole measuring 90 mm in diameter, which conforms to the standard size. The drain is equipped with a removable comb insert that prevents the trap from clogging and makes cleaning easy. Two different designs and various colours are available for the accompanying drain cover.
For efficient water drainage, there is an exceptionally flat trap designed for low screed heights. The standard trap height is 50 mm. Alternatively, a trap with a 30 mm water seal depth is available, which is specifically designed for low-profile floor constructions during renovations.

Easy installation thanks to proven installation system
The Geberit Duofix installation frame for showers allows floor-level shower surfaces to be installed in no time at all. The frame comes prefabricated to the exact size required for easy installation. It is also versatile and can be used with both suitable mineral composite material shower surfaces and steel trays.
The set of feet and crossbars, which can be installed without tools, ensure quick and error-free installation of other shower surfaces.
Permanent, reliable sealing
The sealing fleece is carefully and completely applied at the factory to numerous products in our shower range. This makes installation considerably easier and removes the need for time-consuming retrofits on the building site.
Pre-application at the factory also ensures permanent, reliable sealing that can withstand even intensive bathroom use.

Frequently asked questions about showers
Where can I buy Geberit showers?
You can view and buy our showers at your local specialist dealership or in a showroom near you. Our partners will be happy to help.
What needs to be considered before designing a bathroom with a walk-in shower?
The available space in the bathroom needs to be assessed first to determine where the shower should go. In the case of renovations, this also includes checking whether this is structurally feasible. Another important consideration to factor in is the distance to other sanitary appliances such as toilets and washbasins. In the case of floor-even showers, the floor must be level without any steps, ledges or elevations. It is important to use non-slip materials to ensure safety in the shower. A niche or niche storage box from Geberit can be a useful addition to the shower to create extra storage space for shampoos, soaps and other shower products.
Can I install a floor-even shower in an old building?
It is not always possible to install a floor-even shower in an older building. It all depends on the specific constructional situation and must be checked in advance. This is because there has to be somewhere for the shower water to drain away,
and the pipes are often laid higher in the wall in old buildings, meaning a slope has to be created for the water outlet. A renovation project like this should be carried out by a professional, as it is far from straightforward and plenty could go wrong. If it is not possible to install a floor-even shower, there are still various alternative options available, including small shower trays made of acrylic or steel.
How can I save water when showering?
There are plenty of ways to save water when showering, including reducing your shower time, using shower heads with a lower flow rate, and switching off the flow while applying products. A conscious approach to the water temperature is also helpful.
Generally speaking, a shower uses less water than a bath in a full tub. These simple tips can help you save water without compromising on comfort.
